Originally from New Jersey, Yvonne came to Buffalo to spend a couple weeks with family in 1993.  Those few weeks turned into 31+ years as the Buffalo area is very easy to become comfortable in, with an affordable cost of living, diverse culture, prolific events, music & arts scene, proximity to Canada, the friendliest of residents ... and the list goes on!

Before her real estate career, Yvonne's education and focus was in management information systems, expanding then to web design & development for almost 14 years. Her social nature and desire for increased mobility piqued her interest in the field of real estate.

Yvonne has a passion for travel and exploring new cultures and languages. She has lived in Colombia, South America and France and visited 17 countries. Her language skills include Spanish and French.  

Helping others relocate is the essence of what she does best, whether local or international.

With over 20 years hands-on experience in all aspects of the real estate business - from residential to commercial, rehab & flipping, property management, rentals & hospitality, staging & interior design - Yvonne has the knowledge and resources her clients need to make informed decisions.
